well a rear mount 360 v8 as well , thats one of a kind for sure , lol . is that 360 headed towards the old'r bro . when a was running the streets with my hotrod'd 37 dodge p/u , the lic plate was '' 37 dbro'' .

that cool . but thoe early p/u's run good with a stock v8 , but there a rocket with a hot rod engine , lol . mine could runway from the k1000 bikes the chp had . it weight in at @ 2800 lbs 331 with 425 hp . it ran brother . i've another chrysler 331 ind hemi ,
boring it to a 354 , got a set of piston n alloy rods for it , would have to do alot of porting to match the other , but it would run brother , lol . even have some algon injectors , they need alot of work although .

Can you post a picture of the Voyager v8. Does it use the same trans as the v6 versions?Went to my buddy place today ..got the 360 for free....Should be the only one driving a 90 plymouth voyager v8.....

man that was one sweet 37 . i've taken on the replacement and modification of my 69 d200 crewcab . swapping out the old la 318 loadflite , for a 70 nyr 440 and 727 torqflite with headers n a weiand hi rise 800 cfm afb , 2 1/2'' duel exhaust through flow master muffs , added electronic volt reg and ign w/ accel 42k volt coil . added some chromed valve covers and air cleaner . the parts are all sitting here from years of collecting . high time i put them to use . sorry no pics dropped the camera , now it needs repairs . lol .
Nothing major a this moment, just spending time collecting and ordering parts for the magnum swap. found a plastic fuel tank and the matching brackets from a 89 Ramcharger. Tank was cleaned and new pump and filter added. ready to mount.
Supports brackets were fitted on the truck frame. The right place to drill the hole were reported on the frame. dimensions were mesured on the donor truck, i used a piece of cardboard as a template..Tanks straps were borrowed from a 90 plymouth minivan J bolts from a C body i try to keep the truck all mopar.
A little more done. Engine will be a 90 360 TBI I was involved with a lack of time money to earn and a lot to do for my business. Running an upholstery shop is time consuming. So the engine is in very good condition low used with low milage and well maintened. And good thing the harness is not butchered it will be good for a daily driver. Magnum will be kept for another later project.

Now its time for the exhaust .Friend of mine got some headers from an supposed E BODY i borrowed them for a test try and they dont fit....In place DURANGO manifold are bolted on with a modified Y pipe .... Future plan is to have the exhaust pipe all custom made in stainless steel.

I've just taken apart the interior of my 66 Polara, and I have a newfound appreciation for upholstery people and auto body guys and gals, that some work to get that all together.
last days of rest were used for doing a little bit more on the project. With help from my buddies we have experienced the cab swap. A lot of TIME was spend on unplugging diconnecting the wiring , and getting rid of the front clip, and the doors, trying not scratching the paint...
Then cab stand on scaffolding boards allowing us to first moving the frame , and have some rest for a couple of beers . i tell you what its heavy.
then new poly bushing were added and cab was lowered on the frame.

There still is a lot to do on my check list... Doors were back and adjusted for a nice fit. Cab was bolted on the frame after some mesurements and checks. Truck is low and i like the stance, will wait to have all the body on the frame to check ground clearance for the front. Y pipe seems very low and look like it will rub the floor on harsh ride ..... Bump stops are nearly touching the frame i have to look after that as well.Nice looking little truck aint'it?
