    Ram Power Wagon vs Snowplow

I'm hoping it will and it should. Western recommends 760lbs of ballast in the box and it needs it. While driving home with the plow on the first time, I only had 500 in the box. While going around a curve, I hit the loud pedal a little too hard and the back tires quickly lost traction. I've seen...

    Ram Power Wagon vs Snowplow

I don't have any numbers to give you. I am sure it could work if you are ready to dedicate a LOT of time. You need to stay busy to make a living at it. These days, you are bound to the same laws and regulations as a big rig. This includes, I believe, keeping an electronic log. The thing that...

    Ram Power Wagon vs Snowplow

I was driving a Ram 3500 dually 6.7 Cummins. I had planned on getting into some hot-shot hauling. As time was going on, I looked into costs involved of getting into hot-shot hauling, I looked at my current income - collecting a steady check every 2 weeks, and looked at driving a dually just to...

Lets see your Dodge trucks! Post some Pic's!

I wish I still had all 3 but at least I still have the Dart. Selling the 69RT is the worst memory - doing it to buy my first wife an engagement ring ('81). I do miss that Powerwagon too. I think a lot of (most?) 79s were the single round headlight and most, if not all, 80s had the dual rectangular.

Lets see your Dodge trucks! Post some Pic's!

This is an old Polaroid of my Dodge collection I used to have - 1979 (still have the Dart). Its the only pic I could find of my 79 W200. The bottom is what I currently drive.

    2011 Sierra Duramax

Wow - is this forum new or are there no Duramax owners on FTO? This particular section must be new or I didn't see it when I did a different thread in a different forum on my 2011 2500HD with a Duramax. I made a HUGE mistake when I bought my 2011 by not doing research first. I had two other...

    2011 Duramax

Update: The dealer found yesterday that the NOx sensors are bad. They ordered them, got them this morning, installed them, and now a code came up for fuel injectors. Another part that GM has extended the warranty on. They are supposed to have them tomorrow but their diesel mechanic doesn't work...

    2011 Duramax

Ya - I am pretty disgusted right now. It just shows to go ya (ha ha) - do research on anything you're buying - especially used. Had I done any research on 2011 Duramaxes, I would not have bought the damn thing. In the last year, I thought the problems were a thing of the past, but it sure fooled...

    2011 Duramax

So just a little update: The "Poor Quality DEF" light, since the truck got all the service work, has come on for a few days and then shut off with no service work done. That was up until about a week ago. It came on again and has not shut off this time. Yesterday, a warning on the dash came up...

    Emissions in Wisconsin

Has anyone ever heard of a DOT officer handing out a ticket for emissions violations in Wisconsin? I am betting not - unless they already had someone pulled over for something else and then found the emissions violation. I know or think diesels are tested for emissions in a couple counties in...

    2011 Duramax

About 30 months ago I was looking for a used diesel 2500HD or 3500. I found a 2011 2500HD that was extremely well maintained with about 35000 miles on it. I got a good deal on it. BUT - I WISH I had done some research on 2011s first. The truck was great for a few months. Then it started to...
