It is starting

Hamsters and gerbils only in the bay area. No sun shine here now till Thursday. We will see. I need to get the transmission out of the Ford this week.

Going to be a warm one here today

78 and sunny! Got the Cicada home to top off fluids and make ready for the show this weekend.

Need to walk to storage and bring back my Avenger, glad it's only ten minutes away now, beats ten miles. :joyful:

Got the stiches out of the hand today. Doc said not to get it dirty, wet or do anything to pull it apart. That doesn't leave much I can do and was hoping to pull a transmission this week.

Sunny and 70's all day

Poor picture quality because my phone was zoomed all the way, but that's a rooster pheasant. He just crossed the road and is at the edge of my yard. Lucky for him season ended last Nov. 14

Ring necks use to be just a shot away. Have not had one of those since 1972. A hard to find bird I my part of the woods.

It's tickling 90 right now, the Cicada doesn't mind though, the radiator is doing its job, temp's below 180°. I'm bringing a ton of water with me to the show, so I can stand the heat. Looking forward to the big show!

Wooo! It was a hot one today, I saw 92 at some point, can't remember when that was, but it doesn't matter, as it will be the same or hotter tomorrow.

I did (am doing) my best lobster imitation, slathered on some aloe to help heal. Good fun at the show, and the car did its job as it should. Took me a little while to remember how it behaved, temps and fuel gauge, forgot what ranges were normal. By the time I was halfway home, the car and I were one. Glad to be back in an old ride.

No about that truck I have... I saw my friend who sold it to me, and his son was asking about it, so we had a fun time reminiscing.

Gonna head to bed and get up early and enjoy another awesome day for a car show.

Going to work on a mower deck in the morning and possible mow some grass tomorrow in a one and a half handed fashion. Truck transmission removal has been delayed again. At least at present it is drivable. No towing will occur until it's fixed. More rain first three days next week and a bad hand will be the reasoning.

No melted butter with garlic on that lobster likeness? Have fun at the show tomorrow.
