It is starting

Everything I have and have had, has hauled stuff in it. My little Dodge daily driver's have been the biggest workhorses in terms of square footage filled up. As long as I fit, I will use up my free space.

Just got back from the coast. A buddy and I were gonna try to get in a week of fishing and camping but we got hit by the storm that rolled on by toward @cindybrat7 and we got dumped with rain

Clear skies here, just getting light outside, going to the casino with my sister and let Bob sand down the 56 wagon, he used wax and grease remover on it yesterday and repaired some rust spots,

And it begins, Bob cleared out the small shop, got all the rust areas fixed then some more sanding, taping, then color, he still has got it in him, I was so shocked when I got home from the casino!

Not often that rain comes from the north east either. It was in the forecast south west of us this morning. I thought this is great more furking rain. Then they showed the jet stream that we were on the south east side of and turning clock wise. Yep it was a hot one today.

Nephew rolls in later today, gonna visit for a few days. The army's sending him to Poland, but he gets some leave time before that.

P.S. If he didn't leave it back in Arizona, I'd get pics of his 66 C10 to post

It was hot and humid yesterday, and less hot and as humid today. Got to listen to the roofers working until it it dark. Two man crew has been here two days for a one day job, and they come back tomorrow to finish, by 11am the guy says.
"Ok, then you're doing the garage?"
With a pessimistic look, "Uh, I don't think there's enough." (Which is what Laura and I thought when the shingles were dropped off.) "If not, I'll call the boss and he'll get some more."
Damn right you will! That shanty is getting a new roof on it so I don't have to get rained on anymore! Find out what happens in twelve hours.

Rained on anymore! That sounds real familiar.
Was working on roof last night. Have sheeting to replace that never got covered with tin. Tar paper doesn't last forever.

Just got the house and garage re-shingled! Been waiting forever to do that, thanks to mother nature last year, I didn't have to pay for it! No more rain on the Dart, and I can work on it finally. But I did have to blow off all the dust that fell through the boards, I don't think there was any paper under the old shingles. Polished a turd, sort of.

Oh yeah, it was 84 felt like 93 last I checked, I've already soaked one shirt.

Bob has the 56 all taped and ready for paint, first the white, then the turquoise, he works very fast when left alone!
