Temp gauge pegged 101 in town on wednesday. Luckily it backed down the last couple days to low 80s
Bob and I stopped by our sons house to see how our old rigs are doing! Our son has really cleaned them up.
Yes very warm here Tuesday and Wednesday and muggy Thursday, cooled done yesterday
Dam Nice lawn art! Going to help a friend put a vinyl top on his 72 Monte today, hell I helped build this car. Frame off new paint looks sweet. Glad a friend from FABO is coming over he used to own a upholstery shop so he actually knows what to do. I never did one before. He found the last factory green pebble top in existence for this car be a bitch to mess it up.
Finally got the truck going again and added some bling!
How's the radio work? Some nice guy must have helped with the wiring diagram!
Works great actually.
It looks right at home also.
Had it for a year, and was doing other work on the truck before Carlisle and it was time to do it for sure. Now just waiting on a drivers side window motor and it is done for a while.
Guessing thats an ol dodge pickup?
Figured late 80s/early 90s. My Dakota has the same faux-wood dash panel
Good truck, got it from a friend, front off, engine just in it lots of stuff loose. Slapped it together in a week and last year painted it. Just use it as a beater truck as a truck.
Bob removed the bumpers and did some grinding today getting it ready for paint!
Put those bumpers back on and hide that rust.
That's funny Bob doing that! Don't think so!
Ya for a guy who has no energy, he just keeps going, usually done by noon, then it's beer time and a nap on the yard swing, funny guy he is! I remember when he would go non stop on a rig till it's done, now he is in no rush to do any thing, today he is taking me to Redwind Casino
Beautiful day today, a little humid, but no rain.
Cool day today, leaving here at 6 am for Shelton Wa. for the day trip.
