You should have the big 5 inch on 5 lug axles. Might be easier to just change the complete housing. Not sure if there is a difference on housing width from Gen II to Gen III.

I did a google search and guy's are doing it, but with the factory Ram parts you have to use 17" wheels.
Chrysler 9.25 Disc conversion.
