well my 64 d100 is push button shifter (note i've added park to my pb shifter , 65 for sure was cable shifter tranny still , but there is a version that used dash mounted shifter with a cable to the mechanical trans linkage .

That would be interesting to see. But really I thought it was an automatic. That metal pedal blended right in with the floor.
 
Mine doing what they do best. Working. Black truck is a 96 2500 h.d. with a V10. I have owned this truck over 25 years and it has been flawless. Still probably over 95% original. Michigan winters are killing the body though. My latest purchase 2 years ago is the white 2004-1/2 3500 CTD H.O. dually. Moved 5 different cars in One day for myself and some buddies. All city driving and still averaged 17.9 pulling the 28' trailer loaded all day. I am a believer in diesels now...
