Thanks!
The wheels still need to be spaced
out to close up the fender gap. Since
this pic was taken, we now have the
steering column, wiper motor, go
and whoa pedals, headlights, tail
lights, gauges, and interior lights
mounted and wired.

My 2000 Dakota I got back in August of this year. Factory 4.7 OHC V8, 5speed, 3:55 Trac-Loc rear. Got rid of the spoiler, aftermarket flares, exhaust & wheels. None of those things were my style. I will post some more pics of how it looks now when I get a chance.

This is like one you previously owned, correct?

Yes. I used to own THIS truck 14 years ago. It was always garage kept & has less than 50,000 miles on it. Guy took real good care of it & put less than 10,000 on it in the 14 years that he owned it.

That's right, I couldn't remember if it was the same one, or similar. Nice that the mods he did were reversible.

This is why I usually don't sell any of my vehicles, I don't want them to go!

Happy motoring to you, glad you got your truck back!

Thanks, I'm glad I got it back. The guy who owned it, was gifted it for his 70th Birthday from his son, a good friend of mine. It was taken VERY good care of while he owned it. I did regret selling it soon after, (I bought a new Dodge 4wd 2500 at the time) & always told him, if he ever wants to sell it, put me a the top of the list. I have sold a lot of Mopars in my life that I wish I'd kept now. Can't keep 'em all.
