Converter & gear ratio

I have a 79 sportsman van, 318 standard, 440 optional, it's a mini motorhome, currently just screaming it will do 55, I want to put a cube van body on it and tow a 32 foot house trailer, I have a 75 new yorker with the 440 to drop in, gears are std mini motorhome dana 70's and the convertor is std 75 new Yorker, I currently want to avoid tearing in to the 440, the new Yorker runs and drives great, , need suggestions on whether the gearing and or convertor should be changed

MH rear end can be 4.10-4.56. maybe deeper yet.
I'd be looking for a gear vendor's unit

Ok, thanks, you think the stall, diameter etc on the 440 converter should be good?
Looking forward to spring so I can try to make some headway on this, every time I drive it now I expect it to punch out a rod it's reving so high
