windshield wiper linkage bushing question

ok what i need to know is that are the windshield wiper linkage bushing, is the bushing that goes inside to where there wiper motor crank is, or what the wiper blades attached too?

In context? Do you have a bushing that you need to know where it goes? Or do you have fubar wipers and are looking for a bushing to fix 'em?

i dont what kind of wipers i have, ill try to post a pic of what im talking about if Texas weather permits me lol but you know where the wiper motor crank goes into the wiper linkage cage (or whatever its called) its at the top by windshield, its the bushing that connects the gear to the wiper arms that moves the wiper arms and blades.
