Western Isarmatic Plow Help

Hello everyone. I am having trouble getting my plow to angle to the left. I have put new adjustable cables on and everyone tells me it’s in my adjustment. It acts like it’s trying to move, but almost acts like the other cylinder won’t release pressure. Any ideas or maybe a suggestion on where to start to get me in the ballpark?

Goes up and down good? Angles to the right good? If so I think is adjustment. I have seen problems with aftermarket T handles
