Thanks for the info. Did you pay with paypal or with a money order? If you used a money order you can submit a claim that it's lost they'll stop payment on it. And issue you a refund. If you used PayPal open a case and get his account closed, and your money back.

since law enforcement has been involved there are some things I can't say alot about now. just have to let things sit till they have a chance to do what they can.
