Most likely came with a 16.5" trim ring, that held a standard Dodge 15" wheel cover inside it. I ordered my new 1980 D200 with full wheel covers, and that's the way they did it.
I bought a 77 d200 for the motor, grill etc but I have the rest is mostly in very good shape. The front caps won't work but maybe the back. It also has nice trim, mirrors etc.
