Transmission issues

Well you have lots of play room for experimenting.... After my first ever and last ever experience with a dealer yesterday.
My wife has been on me to find something newer and something bigger than either of our durangos. Something better for pulling my camper. And has more room than the Durango for car seats. (We have 2 grand kids, I hate those car seats as they take up so much space) Our new one (2016) came with a hitch and trailer plugs in the bumper from the factory. But no trailer brake. Everything these days has to go thru the comp and be "flashed" or "turned on" within. My scanner can't. So I bought the trailer brake from the dealer 2 days ago. Yesterday I took it there and asked for that to be put in and programmed (a supposed 1 hour deal) and as long as it was there change oil and check air and cabin filters that's it no more. My bill was $870. I got them to reduce it to $790 but cmon
$690 of that was just to install the trailer brake that I bought THERE the day before for another $394. I didn't sleep last night in so.pissed.
Buying a newer vehicle has been a total mistake. Then I find out what state farm is wanting to charge us for insurance.... I have never paid that a month for any 2 vehicles even at full coverage.... So you have plenty of play room there for experimentation and failure before you get to that level of being screwed.

I never wanted this thing. She did. So you have plenty of play room there for experimentation and failure before you get to that level of being screwed.
