I initially didnt realize this was a post for the welcome wagon, but I guess the cats out of the bag! thanks guys! currently working on a 1992 Dodge D150 2 wd short bed with a 318 magnum. lowered the front 3.75 inches, working on the rear tonight, fun little truck

so we got the axle flip on the rear mostly done, just need to final weld the perches. I didnt take a reference mark on the back but from my reference mark on the front the truck is down 6.5" total. Need to get it out on the street so I can take some side pics.
