Hello from Minnesota. A 360 with a hotter cam and some headers would be a start. The 360 I had in my 89 van was a stout SOB and it was a stock rebuild, maybe .030 over was as exotic as it got. A basic Edelbrock Performer intake and an Edelbrock 750 afb was all I ever did to it.
