Trying to remove the steering box on my 57 D200, the steering wheel is not popping off. I hit it with PB blaster and will go again tomorrow. Any tricks to getting it off without damage?

Just use a steering wheel puller and vibrate it as you turn the screw. The hard part for me was getting the horn button off.
I had my box rebuilt because the play in it seemed more than it should have been. When I got it all back together, it was exactly the same. The play isn't in the rest of the steering either. Seems that that is they way they were designed or else my rebuilder overlooked some wear points.
