Sliding back glass 2006 Ram

not sure if right spot but here goes. I’m tired of the water leak!! What is the procedure to put a regular back glass in. There’s one at pic-a-part for $50 I can get but I have to remove it?!

Easier with 2 people if its urethane in take a piece of piano wire and start it through the urathane and saw back and forth there are different ways some people use

A long time ago I did the same on the 70 Challenger, I attached the wire on a screw on one end then pulled the wire back to the screw. I just worked it around till it was cut, front and back glass. I’ll get some wire, ( I used one strand off the old brained cable)
