Question about snow plow hydraulics

I have a 1989 GMC 3500 with custom plow attachment. The box where the controls connect to the hydraulic system is leaking fluid, and I think is getting worse. I don't even know what this component is called, so would like to start there. It looks like a connection is leaking - where a hose connects into the box. It is separate from the reservoir and what I think is the pump. I don't think it is the hose, but the actual connection, which is on the bottom. Any help would be appreciated.
