Oil Temperature Loss

Intermittently while driving My 2017 ram 2500 With the 5.7l the display will show dashed lines instead of oil temperature is the oil temperature and pressure sensor combined? i am having trouble finding an answer with searching online, any suggestions/ help would be appreciated.

I did some research, and it should be located on the oil filter housing. One is the oil pressure sensor and the other is the oil temp sensor. The oil temp is facing the passenger side.
