Does anybody know what oil pressure sending unit available today works with the original equipment oil pressure gauge?

Welcome aboard from NJ. I would try an auto parts store like NAPA. Just be wary as I got a replacement for my aftermarket oil pressure gauge and it was directly opposite of what I needed! Good Luck!

Yes. I will figure out how to post it.

Hi, 65 sporty, I am having trouble uploading photos. Will continue working on it. In the meantime if you want to give me your email address, I can forward to you the photos from my email for you to see and maybe you can upload them to this forum while I am trying to figure out how to do that.

I saw your pic's

This one looks like yours, but it's for Fords

Here is IH part, newer though

Another that covers newer IH

Universal sender

A universal sender would work if you knew the ohm range and max psi, yours says 80 on the flat and what I have seen in the past that is the max psi.

I am told by the instrument shop that the ohm range on my original gauge is: idle - 150 and run - 10. See picture of gauge face earlier in this chain.
