New guy in NM

Hey guys, nice looking forum here. Have a 79 D100 318 custom bed pickup. It's been stripped for weight by the prior owner for a drag truck he never completed; I'm in the process of getting it back on the road.

Hey Joe , Welcome to the site . Not a bad 79 , What's your plan's for it ?

First I have to rebuild the engine, it's a 318, all cylinders only putting out 60psi and 2 of them are at 35. After that I have to reinforce the bed for some more stability, then I gotta go under for rust prevention and repair... I'm sure more things will pop up as I go!

That is a cool truck never seen anyone use those fenders on one it looks pretty good with them WELCOME to the forum.
