When i looked up my Polara, i googled a site that gives details on decoding Mopar fender tags. What i recall of the tag, those digits match up to sequence number, meaning the order of the model run produced off that line. The other 6-digit number is order number, meaning the dealer or customer that ordered that particular unit. Does this help? i don't know how to look up which sequence or order number applies, or what it means outside of where it fits in the production line

It means it was the 11078th vehicle off that line. They started at 600001 for the sequence number for that plant.
