IH cast Dodge 318, core engine
This is an odd one that few know even exist. IHC cast some blocks for Mopar. This is the second one I’ve had, both 318s. This engine was a warranty engine (see tag picture) so it could be “correct” for just about anything if you’re doing a resto. The engine isn’t locked up but I can’t really say it’s loose either, it turns over really hard.

Can’t beat the price... A 12 pack of Mt Dew cans or a 6 pack of MtDew bottles (large ones). No really that’s all I want for this engine.
