New to this site. I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. My name is Ken and I own a '69 Ford F-100. It's an ongoing project that's getting very close to completion. It's a Ranger model and has a 390 cubic inch FE Big Block under the hood. I've installed power steering and a 4-speed overdrive. It's going to be a boulevard cruiser but will also have to be a truck once in a while too. Anyway I hope to have some fun here, learn and maybe help out a bit sometimes too.:wave:

Thanks for the welcome, guys. Happy New Year everybody. I can't believe it's 2013 already.
70DartMike, my trans came from a '78 F-100 or F-150, I can't remember which. It's a cast iron cased Ford Toploader style unit, actually a 3+1 OD but, Ford called it a 4-speed overdrive in their brochures.
