I have a 83 Dodge D150 2wd and I cant figure out why there are no brake lights.
All the lights, turn signals, hazzards work.
I have power to the brake light switch, and jumped the red and white together to see if it was the switch and still no brake lights.

Anyone ever have this problem?

You need a wiring diagram to be sure, but I would be looking at the turn signal switch. The brake output from the switch goes to the turn signal switch, through it and to the lights.

I was looking for a diagram, couldn't find a good one, but it may go through the hazard switch than to the turn signal switch.

Even if both turn signals and hazards work?
Could I plug a good T/S switch into the loom below the column to see if that is the problem?
TY Sporty & Polara!

Yep, if you have one it's an easy check. The brake light juice gets interrupted when you have signals on, has to be that way.

Thanks Guys for pointing me in the right direction.

Just ordered a new turn signal switch, ignition switch and a ignition lock.
Might as well change it all out while I am in there.

It was the T/S switch.
