the whole box and everything? I don't know why not, but in the futire you'll just have to remember that when or if you need a heater core or blower motor. I have an extra non AC heater box here from a late 80s truck, besides the one in my truck/ but my 85 is non AC/ which Id like to retrofit to an A/C box.
Well are you wanting to go a/c or non a/c?
I know that the heater core for a/c and the one for non a/c are different from each other but I thought it was the same across the 80-down/81-up body change.
There's an 81 d150 in a yard kinda near me that has a steering wheel that I want to go and get for my 85. And a few other goodies while it's still there. I'll have to look and see if that's an a/c truck or not. I'm thinking it wasn't.
