Head light switch

Think my head light switch is bad, just want to know the correct way to take it out.. I don't want to break anything.... does it pull out, does it twist somehow?? Thanks opps, I have a 65 W100

There is a spring loaded button on top of the switch in front of the harness plug push it down and pull out the knob with shaft then remove the threaded collar on the dash unplug harness
