Wonder if a door ding constitutes body damage in the neighborhood. I will never ever live in an other HOA and we just got rid of those that cared about property values. The rest of us anything to keep taxes down goes to a extent.

Oh man, been living here for 35 years and I can tell some stories about my neighborhood and it only had a civic club and even that isn't active anymore.....
