Engine Idling

I am not using my MH for about 4 months. I run the engine for at least 15 minutes every 2 weeks.
I was recently told that unless I drive the truck 20-30 miles I'm harming the engine.
Is this true? If so, why?

The concern here is that it's not getting warm enough to burn off any condensation in the engine. It is good to drive it some and get fluids moving and working the brakes
