Electrical issue instrument cluster

1977 dodge d100 pickup has no power to the gauges. The cluster lights work and the printed circuit board has no issues as well. The gauges are not getting any power and I cannot figure out where they get their power from. There is a fuse in the fuse block that is labeled inst, but there is no wire attached to this. Am I missing the wire to the cluster or is there another feed?

Sounds like you found the problem. Finding the solution might take a while with a a FSM and chasing wires.
