ECU upgrade???

I got a 98 ram with a 5.2 and It's developed a noise in the oil pan sounds like something lose or maybe a bolt. It's not knocking and I'm In process of taking the pan down to get eyes on It. Okay I have a 410 stroker that I'm in process of getting together. I was wondering If I could stab It In but, what about the ECU? Do I have to get It flashed then a tune? I'd also like to upgrade the Intake to an eddy air gap with a better throttle body of a 4 barrel model.

Good morning if you keep the stock computer then yes look up Flyin Ryan or Hughes also a local shop that does e tunes

yes stand alone Holley fi tech just remember you transmission is also connected by the computer do you know what transmission you have
