Dodge hub caps

I have a 90 d250 with 1/2" wheel studs. I came across a set of chrome wheels off about a 95-98 ram 2500. They have center caps and all and someone just abandoned them! Anyway, I new to know if there are lug nuts out there designed for guys like me trying to use a cap designed for 9/16 nuts on a truck with 1/2" nuts?

The roundy round boys use lugnuts with a 1" hex & 1/2" threads that's what I would use

Pics or source? Dad and I always used plain Jane steel 3/4" head nuts on our cars

Ok thanks. I found some ford nuts by dorman at autozone, but they fit a little loose. 611-171.1
