I have a 81 D200 with a DANA 60, the wheel bearing nut is a nylock single nut versus the old two nuts and a lock ring, could someone give me a wheel bearing nut torque spec? I would guess you tighten it to like 150' lb, spin the hub assy., back the nut off then retorque to a very low spec. but, not sure what that spec. would be.

Thank You!

I usually do just what you do. Tighten down as I'm turning hub, perhaps not as tight as 150lb. Then back off and set set to say maybe 25ft lbs. The Dana 70 in my D250 also has the little metal knife lock for the nylon nuts
