WANTED Dakota Fuel Filler Tube

I have a 1994 Dakota pickup. I need a lower filler tube and a hose for the fuel tank. I need #6 and #7 in the attached diagram. The tube part number is 4279737. The hose part number is 4279738. New parts are no longer available hopefully I can find something here. Does anyone know the diameter of that hose? Thanks!!
