Has anyone else had this problem/noise? I have a very low milage 2000 Dakota V8 5-speed, that when warmed up, the clutch creaks when it's depressed & it is NOT the bushings on the pedal shaft under the dash. The noise is coming from the bellhousing area itself. It doesn't affect the way it shifts at all but is very annoying & pretty loud. I can't be the only one that has had this experience & would like to hear from someone that had the same problem. I don't know if it's the clutch fork, the T.O. bearing, slave cylinder or what. I do not want to pull the transmission if I don't have to. I'm thinking either the slave cylinder or the clutch fork. The fork is fairly cheap, but I have to remove the trans to replace it. The slave cylinder assembly isn't cheap but easier to replace. (I will buy the whole unit, master cylinder hose & slave, pre-filled) I will be working on the ground on this thing as I don't have a lift, unfortunately. TIA
