Cheapest pickups to insure?

Hello everybody!
(Apologies if this post is in the wrong place)

I am in the market for a used pickup for the winters in Chicago and need advice. I have 4 things I am looking for in this truck. The three things are; it is newer than 1999, has to cost less than $4000, insurance is cheap, and the truck would be able to exceed 200k miles.
Since I will be using a different car during the summer I don't care about comfort, just functionality.

I have done some research and was hoping to get advice from real people.

Sounds like reasonable request. Now go see your insurance agent. To many variables. What maybe cheap for me may not be for you.

Not absolutely sure, but 2wd should be cheaper than 4wd. I only own 4wd though and with 4 vehicles on my policy the truck isn't really bad. How old are you? Your age does make a difference, your rates drop after 25.
