Can't get the TC dust cover off!!!

Me and my brother have been workin on a 1992 Dodge Dakota, trying to drop the transmission to change the front seal. Does anybody have any pictures or diagrams of the torque converter dust plate or well written how-to-articles to tell us how to get this thing off? We know exactly where the thing is, we think. On the bottom of the belhousing. We just can't figure out how to get it off.

The truck is the 4X4 model with the 3.9L 6 if that matters.

if you haven't got it off already there an absolute pain to remove, have to remove all the transmission to engine brackets and shoehorn it out of there
