Brake drum help

So I just bought a 1974 dodge w200 my question is is the front passenger drum supposed to be two pieces cause it's broke and make a terrible grinding noise

It has clips that hold it together

I have never seen a drum vented in the side like that or a front drum held on by clips. So would this be factory? Do not know.

Plain and simple . Get a new drum . That one's junk .

Got a new drum but can't get the hubs switched

Get yourself a set of new lug studs and hammer or press the old ones out . It "should come apart then with a little help from a hammer and a block of wood . If not then you might need to take it to a shop with a press .
