For anyone interested in installing Bilstein shocks on their D150:
I found a set that will work on these trucks. They technically don't make rear shocks for these trucks anymore, But they still make them for the Ramcharger. They will bolt right onto the D150.
The rubber bushing that comes with the Front Bilstein shocks for the upper mount didn't fit correctly. The diameter was to big for the hole in the frame and I didn't want to modify the frame just to make those bushings work.
