96 Dakota blower runs with key off

I just bought another 96 Dakota and I just noticed that the blower motor stays on with the key off at times. It also won't crank in park at times like the ign. switch needs adjusting or neutral safety switch. I might have to try that first. Anyone out there in Dakota land have any similar issues?

It must be the ign. switch. It stayed on with the key off and I wiggled the key and then it shut off. There's a couple of gremlins in there. Also no dome lights with the door jamb switches. They work with the headlight switch instrument dimmer though. All fuses are ok. I sprayed the switches and worked them in case they were corroded. I'll have to pull the switches and check for power/ground. It looks like I should get out the Power Probe. tmm
