I have a 75 W-200 Power wagon, 440-727 with the full time transfer case. It has a Dana 44 up front, disc brakes and a Dana 60 out back on a single rear wheel each side.
This W-150 in the yard is a short bed but is also a 4 speed with a 360. The interior is not good. It has the 5 lug, 4 1/2" bolt circle hubs.
I thought I heard years back that there was something problematic with the front axles in these trucks. I've had it 12 years and have not encountered any issues. If there is something from this junkyard truck that I should have, I want to get it before the truck is gone.

I'd definitely grab the 4-speed transmission if it's in decent shape since those are getting harder to find, and maybe pull the 360 if the motor looks good - both would make nice upgrades or spares for your W-200.

I disagree. Neither the engine or transmission does anything for your truck. Trying to resell those items would be a waste of time unless you get them dirt cheap. It used to be those front hubs and drums were gold, but, not sure anymore. Are there enough of them out there still running around on front drum brakes? '75 started disc brakes as standard. Nice fiberglass interior door panels are desirable, as well as dash pad, glove box door, instrument cluster, plastic horn buttons, sure grip 3rd members, and any nice body parts.

My truck used to be a 4 speed, I converted to the automatic a few years back.
The transmission would sell here but after the fees, it would leave much profit. I don't need another 360, if I buy another LA series engine it will be a Roller cam or Magnum.

The interior is either stripped or nothing worth taking.
The 360 is mostly complete, the transmission-drive shafts-axles-hubs-brakes are intact. Fenders and hood are there, small rust spots at bottom of fenders. Grille and front bumper are missing.
Doors have small dents.
