74 D100 Header Bolt Blues.

Hello All, So I'm working a a 360 Magnum header exhaust leak issue but can not find the right allen tool to get these bolts out, especially the ones that are very tough to get to, not sure why anyone would use these style of bolts but anyway any advice is appreciated for the correct tool.. Thx.

That's what I'm thinking after several attempts to remove them, time to customize a tool.

FWIW, I keep the cut edges sharp. Just a small corner break. Those button heads are pretty shallow as I recall. Don't toss the cut off portion as you can use 'em with a box end wrench.
