I was going through some slides tonight digitizing them when I came across these shots of my folk's '73 D100 Adventurer. They bought it new in the spring of '73. It had the better seat, but no AC and AM radio. Dad wasn't into those luxury options. The 2nd photo was taken at their winter house in Florida. We had some low spots in the back yard and bought some fill. Their dragline had a 1 yard bucket and the operator had it heaping full, meaning we had upwards of 3,000 lbs on the truck. The bumper dragged pulling off the street and was about 5-6" off the ground.
