52 Dodge truck vin plates

I need to get my truck inspected to get a title. I have the 2 plates but I don't know where they go. Also the 2 plates have different numbers, is that normal? I need to have them placed on the truck in their original spots, can anyone give me the info I'm looking for?

Placement will vary with brand and year of truck. Did it come with a rear bumper? Remember rear bumpers on trucks are optional equipment.

Its a 1952 B3 series 5 window 1/2 ton

The drivers side taillight have the bracket for a plate?
The front plate you will probly need to build a bracket.
