1975 Project. Any advice on getting a title?

so I picked up a 1975 D100 but it doesn’t have a title.

I have a couple bills of sale. I am in Texas.

Any advice on how a bided title works? Is t as easy as what google makes it seem?

Attached some pics. I’ve put a new radiator and fuel cell In it since I have had it.

Bided titles I've never dealt with those before

I had to get a title for a car once in TX. I sent the name of the previous owner, his address and what happened to the title.(lost etc.). They charged a small fee and sent me a new title. Don't forget to send the number off the old plates and the vin number. They will check to see if is stolen or has a lien on it. I also sent a copy of the bill of sale. If you are near Longview, you can get it don there.
