1968 D100 Quetion

I am looking at buying one of these but have some questions about the models. The one I am looking at has body side moldings along fender, door and RQ. I did a little research and presume that only the SE received these side moldings plus chrome grille. Would I be correct in assuming this as there is no body identifing badges?.

NO you may not be correct in assuming. A '68 Adventurer (early form of SE) would not have "side trim" but would have wheel lip mouldings connected by a low mounted rocker moulding. A wide moulding on the side is typically a custom trim line or a camper special trim line. to my knowledge there was no "SE" package in 1968.
