I have a 57 D100 with drums and need a few new right handed studs. These are the non-serrated flat head style. All I can find online that say are supposed to fit, list the size that presses into the drum as .645" but all mine measure about .629". Been there before trying to press in a stud that...

I have struck out myself, after looking hard for a replacement. Don`t know what else fits. I see some places that promises to take your tank and repair it including pin holes of which mine has plenty. Has anyone had luck using a company to do this? Like gastankrenu.com?

Well my manual says the gears ratio would be either a 4.89 to 1 or 4.78 to 1 which looks about right when I spin it. I think set of 3.23 to 1 would be good so I can drive it all over and hopefully it`s interchangeable with later 8 3/4 if that`s what it actually is. More investigation and help...

Yeah, I believe I will keep the original springs as the arch does look ok. And replacing the bushings for sure. Seeing as the replacement shocks are not that different a cost from the helper shocks, figure I may as well get the helpers as it can only assist whatever sag is there after 60 years...
