    Which headers for my '75 D100?

    Like the other guys said, pretty much any header will work, there's a crapload of space under the hood of these trucks, and ground clearance shouldn't be an issue unless the truck is lowered considerably!

    Transmission swap

    I guess that depends, what are the transmissions out of? The actual transmission may be similar or the same, but the gearing may be different and the tail shaft would definitely be different cause it would have the transfer case adapter bolted to it or part of it.

    can I convert my truck to 5.5 bolt pattern

    Just to be sure you'll want to check the center hole diameter of the wheels. There may be a difference between the Dakota 2wd and 4wd wheels. I know the newer Dakota 4x4 wheels will fit the older(74 down) W100's. But I can't say with 100% certainty about the 2wd Dakota wheels.

    F/S:Drive train, 318, 727, NP208, 9 1/4, D44

    Good morning, Almost a complete drive train for sale, included in sale is; 318, carb to pan, only thing missing is the alternator, don't know if it runs or not. 727 transmission, I know the tranny needs to be rebuilt for certain NP208, light duty PTO transfer case...not sure it would be useful...

    Another option that might yield some results is, 2005-2009 2wd Dakota's had 5x5.5 bolt pattern, and also the 1999-2003 Ram 1500's had that bolt pattern. Though I have no Idea if any of the brake or suspension components are interchangeable or can be adapted to work on a 1965 D100 or not...I...
