Well we have made a lot of progress on the truck this summer. Put on a used oil pan and pick up and started the engine on a stand. First one up fired and had good oil preasure , seems to run fine. We did notice that the injection pump was leaking so we put that on the things that needed doing...
Been a long time but the plan is to start the conversion in July...As long as the Algebra 2 grade comes in as acceptable!

The rear axle is fine, I'm not sure about the front one yet. I won't know until I get it out. I think that it might be OK and I'm keepin my fingers crossed ......
We finally got the 93 torn apart/butchered! Looks like the both motor mounts broke which most likely saved the block from any damage. The only salvageable sheet metal was the drivers side door,end gate and the rear passenger side wheel opening. Everything else had a bend or buckle in it...

Body work started and almost complete on the cab after the new roof was welded on. I got in a hurry and didn't take or can't find the pics of the roof install.:(
I'm looking for a 91.5 through 93 dodge with a Cummins and a 5 speed. It needs to be RUSTY and/or WRECKED and I would prefer a 4X4 but would consider the rite 4X2. Need a donor for our current project. I'm in Maryland so the Mid Atlantic region would be great...
